Animal Control - General Question or Concern Purpose. This form is used to communicate with animal control at the Oxford Police Department. To speak to someone, call 513-524-5270. We only deal with animal issues within the City of Oxford. If you need animal control assistance in Oxford Township, contact the Butler County Sheriff's Office at 513-785-1300
Appliance Collection Use this form to notify city personnel of the need to dispose of large household appliances.
Building Code Violations Use this form to report possible violations of the building code.
Building Permits Use this form to request information for applying for a building permit.
Crime Stoppers - Submit a Tip Use this form to report possible criminal behavior. Retain your tracking number (which you will get when you complete the form) to claim any possible reward.
Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk Use this form to report any problems with curbing or gutters on public streets.
Dumpster Billing & Service Use this form for questions regarding dumpster billing and/or service
False Alarm Explanation Form Important: This form is only to be used if you are in receipt of a false alarm report from the City of Oxford. For questions regarding your alarm permit, the ordinance, or a past incident, contact the office manager for the Oxford Police at 513-524-5247.

Per O.C.C. Section 739.07, upon receipt of any false alarm report from the Oxford Division of Police, the alarm user may elect to respond in writing to explain the actual cause of the alarm. Such response shall be made to the issuing agency within 10 days from the date of receipt of the false alarm report. If you choose to explain the false alarm, please do so here.

Please note: This is NOT considered an appeal at this point. Once you have submitted this form, the responding officer will review your explanation and either uphold or disallow the false alarm determination. If the responding officer upholds the false alarm determination, you have thirty (30) days from the date you receive notification of the reviewing office

Parking Citation Appeal Form Appeals must be submitted within ten (10) days of the citation issue date to be considered for the appeal process. Please fill this form out completely; incomplete forms will not be considered. All required information can be found on the parking citation(s).

Recycle Bin Needed Included with residential trash service is one (1) 14 gallon Rumpke recycle bin. As an option, if the 14 gallon bin is too small, you may request a 65 gallon recycle wastewheeler at an additional cost of $1.00/month.

If a 65 gallon wastewheeler is requested and you currently have a 14 gallon red recycle bin, the red bin will be removed when the wastewheeler is delivered by Rumpke.

Register your Knox Box with the Fire Department Use this form to register your newly installed Knox Box with the Oxford Fire Department.
