Appeals must be submitted within ten (10) days of the citation issue date to be considered for the appeal process. Please fill this form out completely; incomplete forms will not be considered. All required information can be found on the parking citation(s).

• Form is routed to the officer that issued the parking citation after the appeal is logged in T2 Flex, the parking management software.
• After completing the review, the issuing officer routes the form to the Parking Unit supervisor. The officer has three (3) working days to complete the review. If the issuing officer is unavailable, the Parking Unit supervisor will address the appeal.
• If the issuing officer recommends withdrawl, and the Parking Unit supervisor concurs, a member of the Parking Unit will make the appropriate entry in the parking ticket database and notify the person making the appeal.
• If the appeal is denied, the recipient of the citation is responsible for the payment of the original fine. To avoid additional penalty, recipients need to pay promptly as the payment amount will escalate in accordance with the applicable fine schedule. For this calculation, the date of notification will take the place of the issuance date.
• Regardless of the outcome, the person submitting the appeal will be notified within ten (10) business days of submission. The preferred method of notification is email.
